Hylan Place Repair Request Guidelines
The following repairs are high priority and will be accepted by phone at any time:
- Gas Odors – If you suspect a gas leak, evacuate the building and call RG&E from outside the building. Call 1-800-743-1702.
- No heat or electricity. For power outage, report to RG&E by calling 1-800-743-1701.
- Broken Windows or doors. If you suspect home invasion, call 9-1-1.
- No water
- Flooding, water leaks, and roof leaks
